Not all smart TV’s can run the app. For example, most LG smart TV can’t install the apk file because they run on webOS, Hisense smart TV won’t work as well because they run on VIDAA OS etc.
Only TV that run on Android Operating System can install the app. For example, Google TV, TCL android TV etc.
However, if your TV doesn’t run on Android, there’s no need to panic you can still enjoy all the benefit of the TV app by using an Android TV stick.
Any kind of android stick can work. Either an android TV stick or android TV box would work just fine as long as your TV has an HDMI port.
